We will meet at the church for worship, activities, and fun events on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Each night around 10 pm students grouped by age and gender will go to a host home to stay. We’ll end our weekend at 9 am worship together on Sunday morning.  Food will be provided Saturday morning through Sunday morning for students. Other surprises and special treats in store! This is the PERFECT event to invite your friends. Registration will be available in the fall.

Middle School Fun & Service Weekend
March 8-10

We’re still determining where we will go, but we’ll serve others as well as have fun. Check back for more details after Christmas!

Ecuador Mission Trip
Tentative June 14-23

Alpharetta Methodist Students travel to Ecuador every summer to work alongside Jungle Kids for Christ and Antioch School. Students in grades 9-12 who are active in the Student Ministry program may participate. Students will have the opportunity to teach and mentor the students from Antioch academy, perform construction work and help with other duties on the school’s campus. Students will also have time to explore the town of Misahualli.

Estimated cost per student is $2,000. (This is the maximum amount the trip has cost in recent years. We expect it to range from $1,750-$2,000.)

Please indicate your interest in attending by emailing Student Ministries Director Lucas Pruett no later than Jan. 25.

High School Discipleship Week
July 22-26

ATTENTION high school students! Come join us at Lake Junaluska for five days where we will grow deeper in our spiritual walk and closer to each other. We’ll practice how we incorporate spiritual rhythms, like Bible reading and prayer, into our everyday life with time for reflection and discussion. Then we’ll spend time together having fun on the lake and all around the property. The scenery is amazing, but the time with each other is even better!
