Video Recording Instructions
1. Video Length – Aim for a length of 2 minutes. It’s okay to be little over or under, but try to stay close to that length.
2. How to Record
Camera Setup

Use your phone and hold it landscape (sideways) — not vertical

Either selfie or rear-facing camera will work

Keep the camera at eye level

Keep your face centered with a little space above your head

Stay still while recording (no walking or moving around)
Lighting
-
Face a window or a soft light source

Avoid bright light behind you

Avoid dark rooms or harsh shadows
-
Natural, even lighting is best
Audio

Record in a quiet room

Turn on Do Not Disturb or silence notifications

Avoid fans, HVAC noise, or echoey rooms

Hold the phone about arm’s length away or place it on a stand/tripod
Background

Choose a calm, simple background such as:

a wall

a bookshelf

a plant
-
Avoid cluttered or distracting spaces and high-traffic areas.
